A tiny Taste of Mario as an OLB

Some hubbub has been made in the media over the past 48 hours about some “news” that John McClain mentioned in which he claims that Mario Williams will be moving to outside linebacker. First of all, that’s not news. It’s speculation and second of all, Mario will be doing many things, most likely, standing up on some plays and down in a three point stance in others. Even more likely, practicing in various positions and inevitably doing whatever it is he’s good at. I can’t stress enough that these guys haven’t played a single down, regulation or practice under Wade Phillips so no decisions have been made as to who is playing where.
